Harry M. Voulgarakis, PhD, BCBA-D is a licensed psychologist and board certified behavior analyst working at the intersection of psychology, behavior science, education, and law. He is a professor, published author, forensic expert, and speaker whose work spans clinical practice, professional training, and real-world implementation.

Writing & Publishing

Author of But Did You Document It? and contributor to Autism Spectrum News and national research conferences.

Teaching & Training

Assistant Professor at St. Joseph's University New York and Adjunct Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Forensic & Expert Work

Licensed forensic evaluator, certified child custody evaluator, and lead instructor for the National Board of Forensic Evaluators.

Dr. Voulgarakis maintains an active forensic practice in civil litigation, expert witness testimony, and special education law. He serves as an executive board member of the NYSPA Forensic Psychology division and is currently in his third year at Purdue Global Law School pursuing a JD degree.

His academic work includes editorial board membership for The Clinical Neuropsychologist and peer review for Children's Health Care. He has presented at national and international research conferences and contributed to publications advancing behavioral science and neurodiversity.

In addition to his clinical and forensic work, Dr. Voulgarakis offers professional training and continuing education through HMV Professional Education — specialty cohort programs for behavioral health practitioners.
