Cancellation Policy

Enrollment & Cancellation Policy Enrollment in the Forensic Behavior Analysis Certificate Program: Course 1 - Foundational is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. The program fee is $899 and reserves your seat in a limited-enrollment cohort. Cancellation & Refund Policy Because enrollment is limited and each registration reserves a seat in the live cohort, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations received 14 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable processing fees. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the program start date are non-refundable. Once the program begins or access to course materials has been provided, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or failure to complete the program requirements. Program Format The program is offered as live training with an asynchronous completion option. Participants who are unable to attend a live session may complete the recorded training and all required course activities to receive credit. Certificate Requirements To receive a certificate of completion and any applicable continuing education credit, participants must successfully complete all required course activities, assessments, and evaluations.
